Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used or opened items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at maria@trynaomi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
