Shipping policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. on orders of $60 or more.

 

Shipping Speed: We aim to ship orders within 1 business day of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). As a small team, occasional high order volume may require additional production time. If that happens, shipping may take a few extra days — we appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Issues: If your order is lost or arrives damaged before delivery, we’re happy to replace it at no cost.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We’re unable to replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered but later reported missing or stolen. That said, we’re happy to assist by providing documentation or submitting an inquiry with the carrier if needed.
